Our Solid wooden doors are manufactured from no. of species of wood i.e. pinewood, teakwood, Meranti etc. The doors are styled as per the customers requirement of two panels, four panels, six panels etc. Our flush doors have a solid block board construction with cross band and face veneers bonded with supreme quality phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin making them 100% boiling waterproof. Processed and finished on precision machinery through hot press process, which makes our flush doors structurally and dimensionally stable. Stiles & rails : finger joint or solid one piece wood as per clients requirement.
Door skin : veneer skin , hdf skin etc.
Panel : solid wooden panel.
Face veneer : natural or recomposed as per clients requirement.
Finish : pu coated or unfinished as required. |
